Gravita strengthens Essex presence with new office launch

The move marks the latest step in the firm’s ongoing investment to expand and enhance its regional offices in response to continued growth.

Essex, 13th April 2026: Gravita, the private equity-backed accountancy, tax and business advisory firm for ambitious clients, announces the relocation of its team of professionals in Essex, to a modern new office, as part of its ongoing growth strategy and long-term commitment to clients and colleagues in the region.

The new office, based within the vibrant and professional business hub, ‘CREATE’, is centrally located in Brentwood. The new facility is designed to support the company’s ongoing growth, offering a more modern and collaborative environment for teams and enabling Gravita to better serve its clients.

The team in Essex, formerly Davis Grant, joined Gravita in May 2023 and has a loyal and growing client base of established businesses and individuals in the Essex region and beyond. Renowned for its technology expertise, the team has seen significant growth in this sector with an impressive portfolio of fast-growing startups and scaleups. Supported by its location in the London-Stansted-Cambridge Innovation Corridor and the wider Essex technology ecosystem, Brentwood is perfectly positioned to serve this dynamic community, which is home to more than 5,000 technology businesses.

The move follows the appointment of Gravita’s new CEO, Lisa Mayhew, who will lead the firm’s next phase of growth, and forms part of a wider strategy of regional investment. As part of its continued investment in people, infrastructure and regional capability, Gravita has relocated and upgraded all of its five offices across the UK over the past three years, including a Central London headquarters and new locations in Oxford, Exeter, Bristol and now Essex.
