We provided a complete overhaul of the company’s accounting system, vastly improving the quality of financial information. Key areas of work included:
- Migration from Excel, cash-based records to cloud-based accruals accounting on Xero, providing easy and immediate access to finances
- Development of job reporting functionality to give timely information to project managers
- Training all staff to use the Xero smartphone expenses app, improving internal efficiency and reducing paperwork
- Implementation of WorkFlowMax project management and timesheet software to improve job costing
We needed to move our manual accounting methods to a much more efficient way of working. Gravita Godfrey Wilson recommended Xero, which has been so simple to transfer over to and gives us a much clearer picture of our day-to-day financial position in a cost-effective manner and with less paperwork.
