Team - Sarah Chalmers

Sarah is an experienced outsourced finance specialist with over 30 years’ experience, including around 20 years in practice. She supports businesses with practical, efficient and technology-driven financial solutions. As Manager of the Outsourcing team in our Exeter office, Sarah works closely with clients to help streamline day-to-day finance operations and build processes that support long-term growth.

Her expertise spans bookkeeping, VAT compliance and management accounts, alongside wider outsourced finance support tailored to the needs of growing businesses. She also advises on accounting software implementation, system setup and conversions, helping clients adopt solutions that improve efficiency, visibility and control across their finance function.

Known for her hands-on and collaborative approach, Sarah provides training and guidance to ensure clients and their teams feel confident using modern accounting systems and processes. Her focus is on delivering clear, reliable financial support that allows business owners to spend more time focusing on running their business.

Sarah is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
