Group Finance Director
Charlie joined Gravita in February 2025 as Group Finance Director. A chartered accountant, he began his career at Deloitte, training in audit before moving into corporate finance. He has since developed a strong track record within private equity-backed businesses, helping to drive strategic growth, build high-performing teams, and deliver operational improvements.
Prior to joining Gravita, Charlie was Group Finance Director at FluidOne, a Livingbridge-backed business in the IT and cyber security sector. During his time there, he played a key role in scaling the business to over £100 million in turnover, gaining valuable experience in managing complex financial operations, and driving business transformation in a fast-paced environment.
Charlie is passionate about using finance as a tool to enable growth, create value, and support long-term success.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time with his young family, exploring the outdoors and sharing new experiences together.
