Samantha is a highly experienced marketing and business development leader with more than 30 years’ experience in professional services. Her career spans smaller firms, mid-tier organisations and the Big Four, giving her a deep understanding of the commercial dynamics, client expectations and growth opportunities within the sector.
As Group Chief Growth Officer, Samantha focuses on helping partners and client-facing teams build stronger, more valuable relationships with their clients. She works closely with leaders across the firm to embed a truly client-centric approach to growth, enabling teams to increase revenue, strengthen market presence and engage with greater confidence in business development.
Samantha brings a broad and practical perspective to marketing and business development. Her expertise lies in developing best-practice business development capabilities across client-facing teams, helping professionals translate technical expertise into meaningful client conversations and long-term relationships. Alongside this, she champions client excellence, supporting firms to implement the principles and behaviours that clients value most.
In addition to senior in-house roles, Samantha has successfully run her own consultancy, advising a wide range of professional services organisations on growth, client strategy and market positioning.
She is also an accredited Executive Coach and an experienced facilitator and trainer, delivering programmes focused on business development, client relationships, leadership and personal effectiveness. Her collaborative and pragmatic approach helps individuals and teams build the skills, confidence and mindset needed to succeed in a competitive professional services market.
