Kelly Fordyce
Group Director, People, Culture and Communications
Kelly started her career as a business owner, distributing high-quality dog leads from the US to the UK, combining her passion for communications and her aptitude for sales and business strategy. Since selling the business, she has worked in a number of people and culture leadership roles, more recently as the Global Head of Communications at a fast-growing PE-backed business.
She joined Gravita in November 2024 as the Group’s Director of People, Culture and Communications, aiming to elevate the colleague experience and brand, improve employee sentiment, and drive connection to the business strategy. Kelly is particularly passionate about creating a family-friendly and engaging environment where people can thrive, learn and belong. Outside of work, she has forsaken all hobbies and interests so her children can enjoy theirs!
