Bhumica Bhatia is an Associate Director in Audit, specialising in the delivery of high-quality statutory and group audits for small and medium-sized entities, privately held groups, and complex multi-entity structures. With deep experience preparing accounts under both UK GAAP and IFRS, she provides clear, robust assurance that supports informed decision-making and long-term organisational integrity.

Since joining Gravita in 2019 as a Senior Associate and progressing to Associate Director, Bhumica has led a wide range of audit engagements across sectors including hospitality, real estate, financial services, media production, automotive and technology. Her core specialisms lie in the property, professional and business services, and industrial and manufacturing sectors, where she brings strong technical capability and a detailed understanding of each client’s operational landscape.

Bhumica is known for her exceptional client care. A strong advocate for collaborative working and transparent communication, she places particular emphasis on responsiveness, relationship management and delivering audits that are efficient, proportionate and aligned with each organisation’s priorities. She works closely with Partners to ensure every engagement is handled with professionalism, clarity and minimal disruption.

Highly experienced in managing group audits involving multiple entities and consolidation requirements, Bhumica specialises in audits of UK limited companies, LLPs, group structures and investment or holding vehicles. Her methodical approach and sector insight enable her to deliver assurance that clients can rely on as their businesses grow and evolve.
