With over 15 years’ audit experience, Sudhir specialises in delivering high-quality audits to AIM-listed, AQSE-listed and privately owned businesses. His strong technical grounding in UK GAAP, IFRS and complex financial reporting enables him to provide clear, reliable assurance that supports informed decision-making and strengthens stakeholder confidence.

Sudhir has extensive experience working with fast-growing and innovative companies across the technology, SaaS, e-commerce and creative media sectors, as well as specialist insight in manufacturing tech, retail tech and gaming. This breadth of sector knowledge allows him to understand the commercial realities his clients face and tailor each audit to their specific risks, operations and growth stage.
